HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The cost to attend MMA Bhutan is 8 monthly payments of $950 USD for a shared room, or an upfront payment of $6900 USD. You can pay a single room upgrade fee of $800 USD to get your own room.
NOTE: MMA Bhutan is a 'put away your wallet' event. From the moment we meet you in Paro to the conclusion of the event, everything is covered: return flight from Bangkok to Paro, lodging and meals in Bangkok (1 day/night), your lodging in Bhutan, all meals, activities, drinks, etc.
We will provide a gratuity to your guides on your behalf, however you may supply an additional gratuity if you wish.

Mastermind Adventures is for entrepreneurs who lead companies between $1M and $100M in annual sales (or freelancers with personal incomes in excess of $200,000), and who consistently invest in themselves, their knowledge and their networks - and like to have a ton of fun and challenge themselves while doing it.

WHAT ARE THE ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES? WHAT SORT OF EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
MMA Bhutan will feature a multitude of incredible wilderness activities: hiking and trekking on Himalayan trails, visits to local monasteries, mountain biking (all levels), and other adventure surprises.
No experience is required, although reasonable physical fitness and a willingness to take on challenges are a prerequisite. For the mountain biking, we will split into two groups, a fast/advanced group, and a slower/beginner group.
All activities are optional - if you feel like ducking out of a particular activity and chilling at the lodge, you're welcome to do so.
WHAT does the schedule look like?
A typical day will look like this:
Breakfast at 7 am
Activities start at 8 am (we'll either depart straight from the lodge on foot or bike, or drive to our activity location)
Return to the lodge by 2:00 pm
Workshops/forums from 2:30 to 4 pm
Chill time from 4 pm to 6:30 pm (wood-fired hot tub!)
Group dinner at 6:30 pm
Evening talk at 8:30 pm
9:30 pm onwards: drinks and shenanigans
Put your wallet away for the duration of your MMA experience - MMA Bhutan includes:
1 night of lodging and dinner in Bangkok before the event
Return flight from Bangkok to Paro
7 nights of lodging at spectacular Bhutanese lodges (we’ll visit 2 different lodges on this experience)
Delicious meals, from dinner in Bangkok to lunch on the final day
Wine with dinner and after-dinner drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
7 days of incredible adventures
All required gear, except for clothing and appropriate shoes
Transportation to and from Paro airport in air-conditioned van, with drinks and snacks at the ready
7 afternoons/evenings of curated learning and networking, with workshops, group forums, evening talks, and other activities

WHERE DO WE MEET Up, and when?
Our meeting point will be Bangkok on Nov. 16 - you need to get there by 3pm on Nov. 16 so you can attend our group dinner. The cost includes dinner and lodging in Bangkok before the Bhutan portion of the event, plus a return flight from Bangkok to Paro (we fly to Paro on the morning of Nov. 17).
The experience ends with lunch on Nov. 24, followed by a shuttle to Paro airport, and flight back to Bangkok. If you wish to stay longer, you can continue exploring Bhutan and fly out at a later date (we will provide you with options for extending your stay).
For the purposes of booking flights, you'll need to book:
A return flight to Bangkok, arriving by midday Nov. 16 and departing any time after 10 pm on Nov. 24 (depending on if you want to stay longer in Bhutan).
HOW DOES THE LEARNING AND CONNECTING COMPONENT WORK?
Through the nature of spending 7 days in a beautiful environment, relaxing and pushing yourself with other inspiring entrepreneurs, you will naturally connect with and learn from each other. We like to take it a step further and apply a healthy dose of curation and structure to the learning and connecting component of MMA.
The adventures will conclude every day around 1:30/2:00 pm, leaving us the afternoons and evenings for facilitating the magic that happens when you connect incredible people with each other.
Some of things you can expect during the evening component of MMA:
Small-group forums with your peers, where you can discuss the challenges you’re facing (either in business or outside of your company) and provide feedback to others
Workshops with your peers (all participants are invited to submit a topic for a workshop, the best will be chosen for inclusion in the schedule)
Evening TED-style talks
Curated networking (and plenty of uncurated 'networking' at the bar and hot tubs)
what's the rooming arrangement?
Lodging is at 2 beautiful resorts in the Bhutanese countryside.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
You will be provided with a detailed packing list 4 weeks prior to the event, and a final weather-dependent list just prior to the event.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Attendance at MMA events is by invitation only. If you are invited, you will be provided with a password for the booking page to reserve your spot with either an upfront payment or a monthly payment. Alternately, we may open up a few spots for applicants - submit your application here.
CAN I BRING A PARTNER/KIDS?
Because of the limited rooming available at our lodges, we will have no availability on MMA Bhutan for partners and kids. If you are interested in bringing your partner and/or kids, please let us know and we’ll put you on a list for when we run a family event.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
Once you’re booked - you’re booked, and no refunds are available (we want people who are fully committed to the event and aren’t going to let ‘busyness’ get in the way of a life-transforming experience). For that reason, we recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Although we cannot offer a refund, if we can find someone to take your spot (which is likely - demand tends to far exceed supply) then you can get a full refund.
